摘    要:在比较和研究现有各种物料混合搅拌机的基础上,设计了一种食用菌培养料搅拌机。对转速、混合时间和充满系数进行了试验研究,通过三因素三水平的正交试验及一次回归正交试验设计确定了各因素的最佳组合,建立了各指标的数学模型。

Abstract:On the basis of comparison and analysis of various types of mixing machines, a new type of fungous material mixer was developed. The rotation speed, the mixing time and the filling coefficient of this mixer were tested. Through the orthogonal experiments with 3 factors and 3 levels, the mathematical models were established to describe the optimal combination of the parameters. The results from the study provided a basis for the design and the rational use of fungous material mixers.
