摘    要:基于ANSYS软件建立某小型涡喷发动机燃烧室1/10有限元模型,利用该模型计算了燃烧室在该发动机额定转速下的热应力分布;以发动机“0-工作-0”循环为燃烧室的温度计算条件,综合热疲劳和高温疲劳影响,分别计算了热疲劳循环次数和时效寿命。提出的燃烧室疲劳寿命工程估算方法,不用开展材料疲劳参数的测试试验,节省了费用和时间,可为其它热端疲劳部件的寿命分析提供借鉴。

Abstract:Based on ANSYS software, the one-tenth finite element model of combustor has been built. With this model, the stress distribution of combustion for a micro turbojet engine under the rated speed has been calculated and the inlet and outlet temperature distribution of the combustion has been simulated with the "0-working-0" work cycle of the engine. Further, the fatigue life of combustion has been estimated which has included the effect of thermal fatigue and high temperature fatigue. This proposed method for life estimation of combustion can save cost, reduce the analysis time and avoid material fatigue testing. And it can provide reference for the fatigue analysis of other hot rotating member too.
