铝胁迫对海南花生根系的研究初报

摘    要:采用水培方法.研究不同A13+浓度处理对海南省本地农家种花生的根系生长、性状指标和生物量的影响。结果表明:(1)50μmol/LAl^3+处理下的本地种花生的根长显著短于0μmol/LAl^3+处理下的根长,100μmol/LAl^3+处理下本地种花生根系生长发育受到严重抑制.(2)100μmol/LAl^3+处理下.本地种花生株高和基茎直径显著小于0μmol/LAl^3+处理下的株高和基茎直径,150μmol/LAl^3+处理下本地种花生的分枝数显著低于0μmol/LAl^3+处理下的分枝数。(3)200μmol/LAl^3+处理下本地种花生的茎鲜重、茎干重、叶鲜重和叶干重显著低于0μmol/LAl^3+处理下茎鲜重、茎干重、叶鲜重和叶干重。综合可知海南省本地种花生对铝较敏感,其根系生长发育相对于耐铝品种更容易受到铝毒害的影响。

Abstract:On the basis of root trait was the most important indicator for evaluate the aluminum (A1) resistance varieties, the root growth, character indicators and biomass of Hainan peanut were studied in nutrient solution culture with different Al^3+ concentration. The results were shown as follow: (1) The root length of Hainan peanut at 50 μmol/LAl^3+ was shorter than that of it at 0 μmol/LAl^3+ and the root growth and development of Hainan peanut was seriously restrained at 100μmol/LAl^3+. (2) The plant height and the diameter of base stem of Hainan peanut at 100 μmol/LAl^3+ were significantly shorter than that of them at 0 μmol/LAl^3+, the branching number of Hainan peanut at 150 μmol/LAl^3+ were significantly lower than that of it at 0 μmol/LAl^3+ (3) The stem fresh weight, stem dry weight, leaf fresh weight and leaf dry weight of Hainan peanut at 200 μmol/LAl^3+ were significantly lower than that of them at 0μmol/LAl^3+. In a word, Hainan peanut was sensitive to aluminum, its root growth and development was more easily influenced by aluminum toxicity than A1 resistance varieties.
