摘    要:通过GT-POWER建立了单缸直喷柴油机仿真模型,利用该软件的控制模块,通过对PID控制的比例、积分和微分的参数的合理整定,实现了发动机稳态工况的控制。通过改变喷油提前角和喷油嘴的喷孔长径比两个参数,分析了该发动机的排放性能,并进行了参数的优化选择。

Abstract:In this paper, a single-cylinder direct-injection diesel engine simulation model is established with GT-POWER. It takes advantages of GT-POWER control module by adjusting the coefficient of the proport!on,integration and differentiation to control engine in conditions of stable operating. In addition, the engine emissions performance is analyzed and a parameter optimization options is conducted by changing injection timing and injector nozzle hole aspect ration.
