基于ADAMS的装载机工作装置运动学仿真分析

摘    要:采用虚拟样机分析软件ADAMS对装载机工作装置的三维模型添加了运动副、负载与驱动力,编写了运动过程控制函数,模拟了工作装置在工作中的动作过程,从而得到了各主要执行部件的位移、速度、加速度及受力曲线图,对各个执行部件的运动变化情况进行了分析。

Abstract:Kinematic pair, load and driving force are added on three-dimensional model of the load manipulator by virtual prototype analysis software in this paper, control function about movement process is compiled, action process of manipulator it emulated, and graph about displacement, speed and acceleration of the primary execution unit are obtained. Thus change of tht movement of every execution unit is analyzed. |
