牧草核心种质技术体系的建立及其应用

摘    要:牧草遗传资源为牧草育种和遗传研究提供了广阔的遗传基础,然而数量庞大的资源也给牧草遗传资源的收集、保存、研究和利用带来了困难。阐述了牧草核心种质构建的意义,开展核心种质研究的步骤、方法和内容以及核心种质的检验指标等;介绍了牧草核心种质研究的技术体系及可利用技术,为种质资源评价、开发和选育改良新品种奠定基础和提供理论依据。

Abstract:The pasturage resources have afforded tire expansive inherited bases for pasturage breeding and inherited research but more and more difficuhies are met in preserving, researching and utilizing the pasturage germplasm resources because of its huge size. The significance of establishing core collection includiug the method,procedure and content of core collection research, as well as the test parameters of pasturage of core collection were reviewed and discussed in this paper.Also the studyiug system of pasturage core germplasm and some technologies were introduced, and the establishment of bases and theory foundations for evaluating germplasm resources for breediug program were put forward.
