核桃叶面气孔性状研究

摘    要:[目的]研究不同核桃品种的气孔性状。[方法]选取12个核桃品种,每个品种采集20片,测量气孔数目、长度和宽度。[结果]12个核桃品种气孔密度为99.89~179.21个/mm2,气孔长度为10.89~19.26μm,气孔宽度为8.23~12.91μm,其中朗帕克气孔密度最大,香铃气孔长度和宽度最大。[结论]气孔性状可以作为筛选核桃品种的依据。

Stomatal Characteristics of Walnut Leaves

Abstract:[Objective] To study the stomatal characters of leaves in walnut varieties.[Method] A total of 12 walnut varieties were used as the materials and 20 leaf samples were collected from each walnut variety, and the number, length and width of stomata were then measured.[Result] The stomatal density, length and width of all 12 walnut varieties were in the range of 99.89-179.21 stomata / mm2, 10.89-19.26 μm and 8.23-12.91 μm.The stomatal density of Lompoc was the largest, and the stomatal length and width of Xiangling were the largest among all the walnut varieties.[Conclusion] The stomatal characteristics can be used as the basis for selection of walnut varieties.
