| 摘 要： | 采用石蜡切片方法对兴蔬301不同大小花蕾的细胞学和形态学关系进行了研究，结果表明，辣椒小孢子发育经四分体时期、单核早中期、单核靠边期和双核期，各时期形态特征明显；辣椒小孢子发育不同时期花蕾和花药的大小差异显著或极显著。依据花器官形态特征可判断小孢子的发育时期，从而确定花药培养最佳时期所对应的选蕾标准。

| Abstract: | The relationship between cytological and morphological characteristics of flower buds and anthers in hot pepper Xingshu 301 was studied by paraffin section methods.The result shows that the pepper's microspore developed at three stages including tetrad,uninucleate and binucleate,each stage demonstrated distinctive characteristics,and there were significant differences in the size of buds and anthers at the different developmental stages of the pepper's microspore.So the developmental stage of the pepper's m... |
