棣棠花组织培养与快速繁殖技术研究

摘    要:目的]提高棣棠花育苗繁殖速度。方法]以棣棠花嫩茎为外植体,进行组织培养与快速繁殖研究。结果]在MS+2.0mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L NAA培养基中,簇生芽分化数最多,质量最好,分化率这100%;在MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L KT+0.1mg/L NAA培养基中,增殖倍数最高,为11.87;在1/2MS+0.1mg/L NAA培养基中生根效果最好,每个嫩茎基部有3~5条根;炼苗成功后移栽成活率达96%。结论]诱导簇生芽的最佳培养基为NS+2.0mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L NAA,继代培养的最佳培养基为MS+1.0mg/L 6-BA+0.5mg/L KT+0.1mg/L NAA,再生苗在1/2 MS+0.1mg/LNAA的培养基上生根效果较好。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to improve the nursery propagation rate of Kerria japonica.Method] Tender stem of K.japonica was used as explants to investigate the rapid propagation technology.Result] In MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA medium,the number of clustered bud differentiation was the highest,the differentiation rate reached to 100%,and the quality of clustered bud was the best;In MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L KT+ 0.1 mg/L NAA medium,the proliferation multiples of the bud was the highest,reached 11.87;...
