摘    要:利用分子标记SSR建立快速、准确可靠的纯度检测技术是控制杂交种纯度的有效措施。通过对茄子SSR反应体系进行优化,从40对备选引物中进一步筛选共显性多态标记,开展茄子的分子标记鉴定研究,试验结果显示,有7对SSR多态标记在2个杂交种及亲本中表现一致,且为共显性,条带清晰,可以作为茄子的亲子鉴定标记,便于明确父母本来源及杂交种纯度,提高育种效率。

Abstract:To establish rapid and accurate purity detection technique using SSR marker is an effective measure for eggplant seed purity control.Seven primers were selected from 40 pairs of SSR,which gave stable and polymorphic amplification profiles.The amplification bands of hybrids were complementary with that of the parents.The SSR identification system established in this paper could be used to identify parents of eggplant and purity of hybrids seed rapidly for breeding efficiency improvement.
