西南地区几种典型竹种的光合特性及水分利用率的研究

摘    要:采用便携式光合仪LI-6400对苦竹、慈竹、平竹进行了光合生理、蒸腾、水分利用日动态研究,结果表明,3个竹种的光合速率日变化均呈双峰型,并且有"午休"现象,净光合速率日平均值从大到小依次为慈竹(6.47μmol(/m2.s))>平竹(6.16μmol(/m2.s))>苦竹(4.93μmol(/m2.s));平竹的蒸腾速率日进程为双峰型,慈竹呈单调下降的趋势,苦竹呈单调上升的趋势,日平均蒸腾速率由大到小为平竹(3.07 mmol(/m.2s))>苦竹(1.57 mmol/(m2.s))>慈竹(1.34 mmol/(m2.s));日平均水分利用率由大到小为慈竹(4.77μmol/mmol)>苦竹(3.28μmol/mmol)>平竹(1.92μmol/mmol)。

Abstract:Three-year old bamboo species of Bitter bamboo,Bambusa officinalis,Chimonobambusa communis were chozen as the experimental material for testing physiological characteristics with LI-6400.The diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate of these three bamboo species could be expressed as double-peek curve,exhibiting a clear midday depression respectively.Bambusa officinalis displayed the highest daily average value in net photosynthetic rate(6.47 μmol/(m2·s)),then Chimonobambusa communis(6.16 μmol/(m2·s)),and finally Bitter bamboo(4.93 μmol/(m2·s)).The daily average value of transpiration rate was in an order of Chimonobambusa communis(3.07mmol/(m2·s))Bitter bamboo(1.57mmol/(m2·s))Bambusa officinalis(1.34mmol/(m2·s)),and the sequence of daily water use efficiency was Bambusa officinalis(4.77 μmol/mmol)Bitter bamboo(3.28 μmol /mmol)Chimonobambusa communis(1.92 μmol/ mmol).
