摘    要:食用菌液体菌种具有生产周期短、菌龄一致、生命力旺盛、接种方便、用种量少、染菌率低、接种后生长迅速等优点。试验采用固态专用菌种制备鸡腿菇液体菌种并进行栽培试验,结果表明,与固体菌种栽培鸡腿菇相比,制得的液体菌种栽培的鸡腿菇杂菌感染率可降低4百分点,生物转化率提高10百分点。

Abstract:The edible fungus liquid spawn has the advantages of short production cycle,consistent bacteria age,vital exuberant,easy inoculation with less seeds,low bacteria contamination,and rapid growth after inoculation.This test used solid-state-special seeds for the preparation of liquid spawn of Coprinus comatus and the cultivation experiment was done.Results showed that cultivation of Coprinus comatus species,compared to the solid,liquid spawn contamination rate could decrease by 4 per cent,and biological conver...
