| 摘 要： | 甜高粱的收获不仅数量大而且时间集中,受加工条件所限,难以在短时间内处理完,需要进行原料贮存。国内外学者已对延长甜高粱茎秆及其汁液的贮存方法和期限进行了广泛的研究。综述了甜高粱茎秆贮藏方面的研究,并就贮藏地点及其品种选育进行了探讨,以期为甜高粱加工贮藏和育种提供参考。

| Abstract: | At harvesting,sweet sorghum quantity was great and the time was concentrated.Limited by procession conditions,sweet sorghum stem was difficult to finish treatment in short time,so storage was needed for the raw material.Scientists at home and abroad have conducted the extensive research in the methods and deadline to lengthen storage of the sweet sorghum stem and juice.The research of sweet sorghum stem storage was summarized and the storage site and the related variety breeding were discussed in this paper... |
