摘    要:基于NaOH碱性介质中铁氰化钾可以直接氧化芦丁和桑色素产生化学发光,建立了高效液相色谱分离柱,采用化学发光法测定桑叶中芦丁和桑色素含量。结果表明,芦丁和桑色素浓度在1.0×10-2~1.0×10-6g/ml和1.0×10-4~1.0×10-6g/ml范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)为1.0×10-9g/ml和3.4×10-7g/ml。该法简便、快速、有效,灵敏度高,首次用于桑叶中芦丁和桑色素的测定,取得了很好的效果。

Abstract:Based on the chemiluminescent generated by directly oxidation of rutin and morin hydrate by K3Fe(CN)6 in a alkaline medium. The chemiluminescence method was established by HPLC separating column to determine the content of rutin and morin hydrate in mulberry leaves. The concn. of rutin and morin in range of 1.0×10-2~1.0×10-6 and 1.0×10-4~1.0×10-6 g/ml were linear with chemiluminescence intensity. The detection limits was 1.0×10-9 and 3.40×10-7 g/ml(S/N=3). The method was simple, accurate, quick, effective and high sensitive, and Good effect was obtained in its first determination of rutin and morin hydrate in mulberry leaves.
