摘    要:为给黄酮类非甾体抗炎药的研发提供试验依据,本试验以脂多糖诱导巨噬细胞(RAW264.7)释放一氧化氮(NO)为试验体系,研究了5种取代基对黄酮类化合物体外抗炎活性的影响。具体评价了黄酮、5,7-二羟基黄酮、5,7,4'-三羟基黄酮、芹菜素-7-葡萄糖苷及蒙花苷的体外抗炎活性。结果表明5,7,4'-三羟基黄酮能明显抑制脂多糖诱导RAW264.7细胞NO的释放,5,7,4'-三羟基黄酮的4'羟基是其活性的必需基团。

Abstract:Aim to provide experimental data for the research and development of flavonoids as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDS),the substituent effects on the anti-inflammatory effect of five flavonoids against lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced nitric oxide(NO) have been studied.Flavone(FLA),5,7-dihydroxyflavone(DFL),5,7,4 ’-trihydroxyflavone(TFL),apigenin-7-glucoside(APG) and linarin(LIN) were carried out to investigate for anti-inflammatory effects against LPS-induced NO.TFL significantly inhibited generation of NO on LPS stimulated RAW264.7cells.The 4 ’-OH was essential for the anti-inflammatory effect of TFL against LPS-induced NO.
