| 摘 要： | 猪乙型脑炎又称流行性乙型脑炎、日本脑炎,是由流行性乙型脑炎病毒引起的一种急性、人畜共患的自然疫源性传染病。作者对某养殖户的病死猪进行临床症状观察,病理剖检及实验室诊断,通过病毒分离及鉴定,确诊病死猪为乙型脑炎病毒感染。鉴于养殖户中该病的存在及对养猪业的危害,建议加强对猪乙型脑炎病的诊断及监控。

| Abstract: | Swine encephalitis also known as epidemic encephalitis,Japanese encephalitis,caused by an epidemic of acute viral encephalitis,the natural foci of zoonotic diseases.The paper introduced a pig farm.The clinical symptoms and pathological lesions and laboratory diagnosis were observed,and swine encephalitis was detected by virus isolation culture and RT-PCR,the final diagnosis result was swine encephalitis.Because the existence of the disease and the harm fulness to the pig industry,the diagnosis and monitoring of swine encephalitis should be strengthening. |
