| 摘 要： | 通过测定菌落生长速率,研究了福星、世高、福美双、万兴及福星与世高的复配剂对黄瓜枯萎病菌的毒力.结果表明:40%福星EC50值最小,为0.0781μg/mL;其次是10%世高粉剂和万兴乳油,其EC50值分别为0.1932、0.199 1μg/mL;福美双EC50值最大,达1.564 5μg/mL.40%福星乳油对黄瓜枯萎病的防治效果最好.将福星与世高按1∶19、1∶24、1∶32、1∶49、1∶99的比例配制的5种复配剂对黄瓜枯萎病菌的共毒系数均大于100,其中以1∶24比例配制的复配剂共毒系数最大,为618.297 2,其增效作用最强.

| Abstract: | Toxicity tests of four kinds of fungicides and their mixture to Fusarium oxysporum were carried out using the method of colony growth.The results showed that the inhibitive effect of 40 % fiusilazole were better than that of other fungicides to Fusarium oxysporum.The cotoxicity coefficients of five kinds of mixture of fiusilazole and difenoconazole in the ratio of 1∶19,1∶24,1∶32,1∶49 and 1∶99 respectively were all larger than 100,and the synergism of the mixture in the ratio of 1∶24 was stronger than others. |
