ZH1110型柴油机机体动态特性研究

摘    要:采用MSC/NASTRAN软件对ZH1110型柴油机机体进行了有限元分析,得到了机体的各阶固有频率和模态振型;并采用脉冲激振法进行了机体模态实验,计算值和实验值吻合较好。通过对该柴油机机体模态振型分析,发现曲轴箱和气缸头部连接区域是该机体的薄弱部分,提出了结构设计的具体改进意见。改进后该机体更接近于等强度设计,并减轻质量2kg。

Abstract:The study on a ZH1110 diesel cylinder block was carried out with the finite element method in this paper. Natural frequencies and modal shapes of the cylinder block were worked out. The experimental modal analysis was used to verify the prediction. Comparison between the calculated results and the experimental data shows that the FEA model of the cylinder block is reliable and the conjunction area between the crankcase and the block head is the vulnerable spot of the ZH1110 diesel cylinder block. The proposals to improve the modification of the cylinder block on the basis of the finite element analysis were given. The improved cylinder block is iso strength and 2 kilograms lighter than original one.
