摘    要:电导法测定低温胁迫下4种竹类植物电解质外渗率(REC)变化曲线,并利用Logistic方程对变化曲线进行拟合,分别计算其半致死温度(LT50).结果表明:4种竹子的REC均随着处理温度的降低而呈"S"形上升,由此计算出"S"形拐点对应的温度即为LT50,其抗寒性强弱顺序为:黄竿京竹>黄槽竹>桂竹>斑竹,LT50分别为-23.87℃、-20.18℃、-17.36℃、-16.43℃.

Abstract:Electrical conductivity method was used to determine the curve of REC of four kinds of bamboo in low temperature stress,and use Logistic equations to fit it,then calculate their respective semi-lethal temperature(LT50).The result showed that REC of four kinds all increased as a S-curves with the decreased of temperature.Calculating the S-curves inflection point temperature was LT50,their Cold tolerance from strong to weak was:Phyllostachys aureosuleata cv.Aureocarlis>Phyllostachys aureosulcata>Phyllostachys...
