| Abstract: | The article analyses so many factors that result in the refusal to lend books in the library of colleges and universities from the angle of the educational assessment.It also explains how to take advantage of the ＂Double-edged sword＂---The Assessment of the Education Quality for Undergraduates,how to take educational assessment as a turning point to turn a disadvantage into an advantage to make the phenomenon of refusing to lend books kept within limits. |
