| 摘 要： | 以设计规范为依据,葡萄籽油生产技术为基础,从工艺流程入手确定班加工量,进行物料衡算和设备选型。参照所选设备的主要技术参数,结合生产工艺和卫生等各方面的要求,按照食品加工车间良好的操作规范,对年加工800t葡萄籽的车间进行合理、经济的工艺布置,运用AutoCAD软件绘制工艺设备流程图,具有一定实用价值。

| Abstract: | The technique of grape seed oil was designed from the process.Material balance and equipment selection were done.According to the design parameters,production technology and health aspects request,a workshop processing 800 t grape seeds was arranged.With the help of AutoCAD,technique and equipment flow chart was given. |
