特效植物营养素对水稻种子生理生化表观遗传效应的影响

摘    要:将用特效植物营养素(SPNE)在田间同一条件下进行不同处理后收获的水稻常规种、杂交种的种子和对照种子,置于实验室同一条件下用清水萌发生长,进行生理生化指标的测定,结果表明,所有用SPNE处理两代的水稻不同品种种子的发芽率、淀粉酶活力以及幼苗素质、叶绿素和蛋白质含量均高于用SPNE处理上代的,用SPNE处理上代的均超过对照,表现SPNE产生的生理生化的表观遗传效应,其效应随着处理代数的增加而增强。
