摘    要:对免耕抛秧稻灌浆结实期间蛋白质的变化特点进行了分析,结果表明,采用不同规格纸筒育苗的免耕抛秧水稻之间在灌浆前期叶片可溶性蛋白质含量有差异,齐穗后7-14d,大纸筒育苗的免耕抛秧水稻剑叶中可溶性蛋白质含量显著高于对照和小纸筒育苗者(P<0.05),叶鞘中可溶性蛋白质含量以大纸筒育苗者为高,且免耕抛秧水稻高于对照;水分胁迫条件下叶片和叶鞘中可溶性蛋白质的含量低于对照处理,大纸筒育苗的免耕抛秧稻结实率高。

Abstract:Effect of paper tube size and water stress on soluble protein contents of no tillage cast transplanted rice (NTCTR) was studied,the results showed as follow: Difference of soluble protein contents in leaf was found between NTCTR raising seedling with large and with small paper tube at early tilling stage, 7 14 days after heading stage, soluble protein contents in flag leaf of NCTCR raising seedlings with large tube was significant higher than that of CK and small tube; Soluble protein contents in pedicle sheath of raising seedling with large tube was higher, and protein contents of NTCTR was higher than that of CK; Soluble protein contents, both in leaf and in pedicle sheath were lower under water stress; Higher grain setting rate was found in NTCTR with large tube.
