城市建设用地规模预测与分析——以兰州市为例

随着中国现代城市的快速发展，城市建设用地规模不断发生变化。城市建设用地预测是城市建设发展的重要内容，是城市健康、快速、集约化发展的保证，因此必须合理地确定城市建设用地规模。对我国的建设用地预测研究进展和用地预测模型做了介绍，并对兰州市建成区的用地现状进行了分析；依据兰州市建设用地的现状和资料的实际情况，选取灰色GM（1，1）模型和双因素模型对兰州市未来建设用地规模进行了预测与结果分析。
