农村基层组织人员的职务犯罪问题研究

建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务，农村基层组织人员是团结带领广大农民脱贫致富奔小康的骨干力量，但是最近几年农村基层组织人员职务犯罪情况日趋严重并呈上升趋势。农村基层组织人员的文化水平不高、法制观念淡薄、民主意识薄弱、群众意识不强等特点容易导致其实施职务犯罪。我们应当提高农村基层组织人员的素质，以达到预防和减少农村基层组织人员实施职务犯罪的目的。

A Research on the Job-Related Crimes in Rural Grass-Roots Organizations

Building a newsocialist countryside is the major historic task in the process of China''s modernization, and the rural grass- roots organization personnel is the backbone to unite and lead the local farmers to build the well- off society. But the job- related crimes of the rural grass- roots organization personnel in recent years are on the rise and have become increasingly serious. The comprehensive quality of the rural grass- roots organization personnel, such as the cultural level, the sense of law, the democratic awareness and the sense of consciousness, is low, as easily leads to the implementation of job- related crimes. We should improve the quality of rural grass- roots organization personnel in order to prevent and reduce the quantity of job- related crimes of the rural grass- roots organizations.
