| 摘 要： | 探究粮食生产波动的原因对于提高粮食生产宏观调控水平具有较大的作用。在前人研究的基础上，文章分析了粮食产量波动与国民经济生产总值波动的关系。在收集 1952 年至 2009 年资料的基础上，利用协整分析、误差修正模型（ECM）对粮食产量与国民生产总值关系进行了深入探讨。结果发现，第二、第三产业产值波动造成了粮食产量的反向波动，其短期弹性系数是 - 0.24。该结论给粮食宏观调控政策提供了一个独特的视角。

| Abstract: | The paper explores into the relationship between the grain output and output value of second and third industry by using co- integration test and ECM based on 57 samples from 1952 to 2009. The analysis shows that the fluctuation of the output value of second and third industry leads to the reverse fluctuation of grain output, the short- term elasticity of which is - 0.24. The conclusion supplies a special perspective for the formulation of grain macro - control policy. |
