论我国法律硕士的职业化教育改革 *

我国的法律硕士教育经过十多年的发展，已与最初设置该教育模式的初衷越来越远，因此，改革法律硕士教育机制已成当务之急。我国的法律硕士教育应定位于为构建法律共同体输送职业法律人的功能上，因此，需扩大法律硕士的培养范围，建立法律硕士教育与司法考试制度的对接，构建法律硕士教育的专业机构，实现法律硕士培养的规模化和专业化。

On the Professionalism Education Reform of Chinese Juris Master

After more than a decade''s development, the education mode of China''s juris master has gone far away from its original intention. Therefore, the reform of the mechanism of juris master education has become an urgent affair. The paper argues that China''s juris master education should aim at providing professional legal talents needed for establishing legal community. As a result, it is necessary to expand the training scope of juris master study and set up the connection between legal study and judicial examination system. It is also crucial to establish institutions that are specialized in juris master education, and to achieve the enlarged scale and professionalism of juris master training.
