摘    要:为生产高产优质叶菜,以奶油生菜为试材,设计4种光照周期,分析不同光照周期下生菜的形态、产量及品质。结果表明:奶油生菜在光照时长为10 h/d时生长形态最佳,采收时产量最高,维生素C和可溶性总糖的含量也最高;随着光照时间的延长,生菜亚硝酸盐含量降低,同时总膳食纤维和叶绿素的含量提高。总体而言,光周期设置在10 h/d时有利于促进奶油生菜生长和部分品质改善,同时又可以达到节约能耗的效果。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to product high yield and good quality leafy vegetables, four photoperiods were set up with lettuce ''Naiyou'' as material to analyze the phenotype, yield and quality under different photoperiods. The results showed that the lettuce ''Naiyou'' with a duration of 10 h/d had the best growth and the highest yield. The contents of vitamin C and total soluble sugars were all the highest at 10 h/d. With the increase of light time, the content of nitrite reduced, and the content of total dietary fiber and chlorophyll increased. In general, setting the photoperiod at 10 h/d was conducive to promoting the growth of lettuce ''Naiyou'' and improving part of its quality, while saving energy.
