| 摘 要： | 高校精神文明创建工作要以社会主义的核心价值体系为指引，坚持用中国特色社会主义共同理想引导人，做好理论武装和研究工作；要找准高校精神文明创建工作的切入点，抓载体、树典型；要坚持全面贯彻以人为本的理念，实现好、维护好、发展好广大师生员工的根本利益；要坚持弘扬以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神；要加强精神文明创建工作的组织领导，为精神文明创建提供动力和保障。

| Abstract: | The paper aims at discussing the role of socialist core value system in the constructing of college spiritual civilization, holding that to do the work well, we should guide the ideological education with the common ideals of socialism with Chinese characteristics, select and praise typical cases as the entry point of the work, protect the interests of teaching staff and students to realize the people- oriented belief, carry forward the national spirit with patriotism as the core and the spirit of the times with reform and innovation as the core, and strengthen the spiritual civilization of the organization and leadership, providing the impetus for the spiritual civilization and security. |
