紫玉兰绿枝扦插生根率与采条时期的关系

摘    要:在不同的时间采条进行紫玉兰绿枝扦插,并对不同时期的穗条进行营养含量的测定,结果表明:采条时间对紫玉兰绿枝扦插生根影响极显著,在恩施地区5月下旬至6月下旬进行扦插生根率较高;恩施地区的4 ̄7月,紫玉兰穗条内总糖和还原糖的含量变化趋势为:下降-上升-下降,还原糖的变化相对滞后总氮含量逐渐下降;由穗条内营养物质的季节变化分析,紫玉兰绿枝扦插生根需要消耗碳水人合物和氮类物质,含糖量越高其生根率越高,过高和

A study on the relationship between Magnolia liliflora Desr. green branch cuttage rooting rate and cutting time
Abstract:Magnolia liliflora Desr. green branchs were cutted and the cutting's several kinds of nutriment content in different time were determined. It showed that it affects cuttage rooting rate extremely when the branch is picked and cut. And the rooting rate is higher from the last ten day period of May to the first ten day period of June. From April to July, carbohydrate content and reducing sugar have a change tendency: get down get up get down and the reducing sugar's change step is behind the total carbohydrate. Total nitrogenous content always get down. The more carbohydrate the cutting contain, the higher rooting rate it has.
