| 摘 要： | 在组培条件下,研究了外源GA3、6-BA、IAA、IBA和NAA对盐胁迫下草莓试管苗生长的影响。结果表明:5种激素均可明显促进一定浓度盐胁迫下草莓试管苗的生长,使其株高增加,叶片数增多,芽分生率提高。其中0.5 mg/L GA3、1.0 mg/L 6-BA、1.0 mg/L IAA、0.5 mg/L IBA和0.5 mg/L NAA在各激素处理中效果最佳,GA3在5种激素处理中效果最明显。

| Abstract: | The effect of exogenous GA3, 6-BA, IAA, IBA and NAA on growth of strawberry test-tube plantlets was investigated in salt stress. The results showed that under certain salt stress, all of hormones could promote the growth of strawberry plantlets, increase the number of leaves and the ratio buds division. GA3 at 0.5 mg/L, 6-BA at 1.0 mg/L, IAA at 1.0 mg/L, IBA at 0.5 mg/L and NAA at 0.5 mg/L were the optical concentration for each tested hormone, respectively.
