| 摘 要： | 水资源生活贡献率是衡量生活部门水资源使用效率的参考标准,是水资源生活价值量化的重要参数,而水资源生活价值的核算,对深化水价改革、利用经济杠杆完善水资源管理制度具有客观指导意义。针对目前水资源生活贡献率和价值量化困难的问题,借鉴生态经济学的能值理论,给出了水资源生活贡献率和价值的能值量化方法,突破了传统水资源价值研究以经济学为主的局限,丰富了水资源价值研究方法。
