| 摘 要： | 鸡蛋采用清油涂膜贮存,能很好的保持蛋的品质,试验表明:试验组哈夫单位、卵黄指数和气室高度,与对照组相比较差异极显著(P<0.01)。由于方法简便、费用低廉,适用于养鸡专业户鸡蛋的保鲜。

Egg Coating with Rape Seed Oil |

| Abstract: | Eggs coated with rape seed oil could be stored for 6 months with high quality.Experiments indicated that the Haugh unit,yolk index and air cell highness in test group were highly significant (P<0.01) in comparison with those of the control group.The authors concluded that this method can be used to keep egg fresh for chicken feeding families because of its simplicity and low cost. |
