濒危植物双蕊兰生长土壤微生物的探讨

摘    要:利用选择性培养基,对濒危植物双蕊兰根际生长土壤中的细菌、真菌、放线菌进行了分离和测数。结果表明:双蕊兰生长土壤中细菌、真菌和放线菌的数量明显的多于非生长土壤中。说明土壤中的细菌、真菌和放线菌的数量多少对双蕊兰的生长发育具有重要的影响。

Abstract:Used selective medium to endangered plants Diplandrorchis,for which rhizosphere grown in soil bacteria,fungi,actinomycetes were separated and measured the number.The results showed that the number of Diplandrorchis grown in soil bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes were apparent more than non-growing soil.Note the number of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes in the soil have an important impact on Diplandrorchis 's growth and development.
