摘    要:采用LI-6400型便携式光合测定系统对鹅掌柴(Schefflera octophylla (Lour.) Harms)叶片秋季光合特性进行了研究.结果表明:鹅掌柴净光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,最高峰出现在11:00左右,次峰出现在15:00,存在光合"午休"现象.鹅掌柴日最大净光合速率为3.915μmol·m-2·s-1,光补偿点为10.773μmol·m-2·s-1,光饱和点为338.618μmol·m-2·s-1.其光饱和点和光补偿点均较低,表明它是一种较耐荫的植物.

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the photosynthetic characteristics of Schefflera octophylla(Lour.)Harms leaves in autumn by the LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system.Results showed that the diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate of S.octophylla could be expressed as a double-peak curve,and its first peak occurred at 11:00 AM and the second one at 15:00 PM,exhibiting a clear midday depression.The maximum values of photosynthetic rate,light compensation point,and light saturation point were 3.915,10....
