| 摘 要： | 集体林权制度改革涉及的空间位置多在交通相对不便的山区,且范围广大,在确权定界、林权证发放、档案管理中引人"3S"技术,不但可以提高确权定界的空间精度和林权证发放的工作效率,还可以充分发挥档案数据的作用,为林地有序流转提供服务.本文试图提出在集体林权制度改革中充分利用森林资源规划设计调查成果,使用"3S"技术进行勘界确权、档案建立以及后期林地流转、档案更新、资产评估以及作业设计等方面的管理方法.
