西瓜枯萎病菌对西瓜及其嫁接砧木的接种试验和绿原酸、阿魏酸变化动态同抗病性的关系

摘    要:本文对生产中常用的4个西瓜品种用西瓜枯萎病菌接种证明:金钟贯龙最感病;对西瓜生产中常用的4种嫁接砧木,用梯度浓度的西瓜枯萎病菌接种证明:随着接种浓度增加,砧木植物表现出不同的感病性。在西瓜枯萎病菌接种初期(0~48h),葫芦、瓠子自根苗绿原酸、阿魏酸含量增加最大,分别达到0.896和0.816mg/g干重,3.797和4.421mg/g干重;南瓜和西葫芦自根苗的增加量不如前二者。西瓜在接种48h内,其绿原酸、阿魏酸含量一直低于其它供试植物未接菌对照。抗性主要决定于接种初期绿原酸和阿魏酸的增长幅度。

THE EFFECT OF INOCULUM CONCENTRATION ON THE APPARENT RESISTANCE OF FOUR WATERMELON VARIETIES AND THEIR STOCKS TO [WTHX]FUSARIUM OXYSPORUM F.SP. NIVEUM. [WTHZ]AND THE RELATION BETWEEN RESISTANCE AND VARIATIONS OF CHLOROGENIC ACID AND FERULIC ACID
Abstract:Under high spore suspension concentration, four kinds stock plants usually using on watermelon express different degree resistance to Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. niveum. Calabash gourd and hispid gourd are immue plants. Pumpkin is a mid-resistance plant. And summer squash is a susceptible plant. At the beginning of inoculation (0-48hr), the accumulating rates of chlorogenic acid and ferulic acid are higher in calabash gourd and hispid bottle gourd, than that in pumpkin, summer squash. The ammounts of the compounds in watermelon are lower than that in the four stocks which have not been inoculated. As a result, chlorogenic acid and ferulic acid play a principal role in resistant mechanism to fusarium wilt.
