大功率拖拉机播种作业效率与经济性的测试分析

为了充分发挥进口大功率拖拉机的潜力和提高播种作业效率,文章在实地调查测试大功率拖拉机播种作业过程的基础上,对其作业过程进行了时间分析、作业效率分析和经济性分析,找出了影响播种作业效率和经济性的原因。目前大功率拖拉机播种作业中存在大马拉小车、拖拉机与播种机性能匹配不当、机组作业管理水平低、辅助作业时间过长、拖拉机能力没有得到充分发挥等问题。文章对如何发挥进口大功率拖拉机潜力、提高作业效率提出了建议。

Study on work efficiency and economy of import large power tractor in sowing work

In order to fully display the potential of the import large power tractor and enhance its work efficiency,on the basis of surveying and testing the process of the large power tractor sowing work on the spot,this paper carried on time analysis,work efficiency analysis and economic analysis to the process of the tractor sowing work,and studied the reason which influenced the work efficiency and the economy.At present,there existed some questions in sowing work,for example,a talented person was used in an insignificant position,the tractor and the seeder had bad performance matching,the level of unit work management was low,the time of auxiliary work was long,the performance of tractor had not fully displayed.This paper also proposed suggestions on how to display the potential and improve work efficiency of the import large power tractor.
