| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后，根据WTO相关原则以及农业协定的相关规定，我国农业发展将面临巨大的挑战。在新的背景下，我国如何采取合理的支持农业发展，应是今后国民经济发展的一个重要方面。本文阐述了WTO下农业补贴政策的必要性，就生产补贴、出口补贴等支持政策进行了一般的效应分析，结合我国国内外市场环境的变动，提出我国农业支持政策的几点建议。

| Abstract: | As a typical agricultural country,agriculture always plays a key role in China's national economy.After China's entry into WTO,how to support its agricultural development becomes a main task of its economic development.In this paper,the authors first expound the necessities of agricultural subsidy policy under WTO,then analyze the effects of production subsidy and export subsidy.Finally,to apply the agricultural subsidy policy comprehensively,they put forward some countermeasures in an effort to support China's agricultural development. |
