| 摘 要： | 本试验研究了汉沽黑猪和大约克夏猪胴体性状的遗传方式及杂种优势的规律,结果表明,在瘦肉率、骨率、脂率和膘厚这些胴体性状上,大约克夏猪呈显性遗传或超显性遗传,具有明显的杂种优势,眼肌面积和皮率上,汉沽黑猪呈显性遗传的趋势,杂种优势接近显著。

| Abstract: | Heterosis and Hereditary pattern of carcass traits of Hangu BlackSwine and Yorkshire was studied in this experiment.The result indicatedthat lean meat rate,bone rate,fat rate and backfat thickness in Yorkshirewere dominant or superdominant inheritance.The heterosis rate of the traitsreached statistically significant level(P<0.01).The area of longissimusdorsi and skin rate in Hangn Black swine showed trend of deminantinheritance The Heterosis rate of the traits approached statisticallysignificant level. |
