| 摘 要： | 通过对红花木莲播种、扦插育苗的研究,探讨了红花木莲的育苗繁殖技术。结果表明:红花木莲种子发芽最适温度为20～25℃,各基质配比的发芽时间和发芽率均无明显差别,但是幼苗在腐质土∶红土(1∶1)的基质上生长快且良好;采用激素处理扦插穗条,能促进生根和地上部分的生长。

| Abstract: | Through the studying of sowing and cuttings,seedling reproduction techniques of Manglietia insignis(wall.) were discussed.The results showed that:the suitable temperature for seed germinating was 20 ～25 ℃ with each substrate ratio,germination time and rate had no significant differences.However,seedlings grew fast and well in matrix of humus soil and clay with the ratio 1∶1;using cuttings ear with hormone treatment could promote root to take and above-ground parts to grow. |
