玉米自交系丹99长的选育方法及应用

摘    要:玉米自交系丹99长是丹东农业科学院1989年以含有旅9宽血缘为主的E28、丹340、丹341组成旅大红骨集团35为基础材料,导入丹988抗病基因,再与长穗型外引系营851杂交,经自交、复合杂交、回交、N离子束辐射处理和性状定向选育等方法于2002年选育而成。该系具有一般配合力高、抗病性强、品质优、熟期适中等特点,其组配的品种有2个通过国家审定,有7个通过省级审定,这些组合表现高产、稳产、抗病性强、耐旱、品质好,适宜在我国东北、华北玉米主产区种植。截至目前,该自交系组配杂交种累计种植面积达216.83万hm2,增产粮食19.52亿kg,增创经济效益39.03亿元。

Abstract:Maize inbred line Dan99chang was selected by DAAS in 2002, by multi-crossing, backcrossing, self-ing, radiation treatment by N-ion beam and characterized selection. For the use of hybrids as raw materials, Lvda-honggu35 (E28, Dan340, Dan341, inherited from Lü9kuan, and inserted disease-resistant genes from Dan988) was crossed with Long-ear Ying851 in 1989. Because of its high combing ability, high disease resistances, high quality of grain and proper term duration, two of its hybrid combinations were approved by the national crops variety approv-al committee, seven varieties were approved by provincial authorities for their high and stable grain yield, high quali-ty and high resistances to diseases and drought. The combinations hybrid by Dan99chang had been applied to a total cultivated area of 2.168 million hectares, which increased the maize yield of 1.952 billion kilograms, a benefit of 3.903 billion Yuan.
