摘    要:目的]研究不同浓度氯嘧磺隆的使用对土壤微生物群落和土壤呼吸强度的影响.方法]通过实验室模拟,研究不同浓度氯嘧磺隆对黄棕壤微生物(细菌、真菌和放线菌)种群数量和呼吸强度的影响.结果]氯嘧磺隆的使用刚开始抑制土壤细菌和真菌的生长,14 d后促进其生长;低浓度氯嘧磺隆促进放线菌的生长,高浓度则抑制放线菌的生长;氯嘧磺隆会显著抑制土壤呼吸作用.结论]为研究氯嘧磺隆对土壤生态系统的影响提供理论依据.

Effects of Different Concentrations of Chlorimuron-ethyl on Soil Microorganism Population and Soil Respiration Intensity

Abstract: Objective] The aim was to explore effects of Chlorimuron-ethyl on soil microbial populations and respiration intensity. Method] A series of laboratory incubation experiments was conducted to study the effects of Chlorimuron-ethyl of 0, 5, 10, 20, 50 μg,/kg dry soil on the population of soil microbial communities and soil respiration intensity. Result] The use of Chlorimuron-ethyl inhibits the growth of soil bacteria and fungi at first. After 14 days, Chlorimuron-ethyl could accelerate the population. Low concentration Chlorimuron-ethyl could promote the growth of actinomyces, while the high concentration treatment would inhibit the growth. The use of Chlorimuron-ethyl would reduce the soil respiration seriously. Conclusion] The research results could provide theoretical basis for study the effects of Chlorimuron-ethyl on soil ecosystem.
