| 摘 要： | 以感染黄瓜花叶病毒病的辣椒叶片为材料,采用改进的Trizol试剂法提取病毒RNA.利用黄瓜花叶病毒外壳蛋白基因序列设计特异引物进行检测,摸索适宜的RT-PCR体系.结果表明.改进的Trizol试剂法能获得较高质量和产量的病毒RNA,并能稳定地进行规模化检测.

| Abstract: | Virus RNA was extracted from pepper leaves by improved Trizol method. The coat protein (CP) gene were amplified by RT-PCR using the total RNA as template. It showed that the improved Trizol reagent was found to be the best methods. With this method,more and purer RNA could be extracted and steady in the virus detection of pepper in a large scale. |
