中国柚子花茶香气的化学组成

用毛细管气相色谱和色谱—质谱联用枝术,首次分析了中国柚子花茶香气的化学组成。结果表明,在所鉴定的30个组分中,醇类化合物含量约占香气挥发油总量的83%,尤其是萜稀醇类,其含量约占60%,含量较高的组分有芳樟醇、橙花叔醇、反,反-法呢醇、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯和植醇等。此外,还分析了柚子花茶的香型特点,并与茉莉花茶和白兰花茶的香气作了比较。

Chemical Composition of the Aroma of Chinse Yuozi Tea

Youzi Tea is one of the scented teas produced in China.The chemicalcoposition of the aroma of the tea,which remained unstudied before thisreport,was analysed with capillary gas chromatography and gas chromatogr-aphy/mass spectrometry.Results showed that the main aromatic componentsof Youzi Tea were linalool,nerolidol,t,t-farnesol,methyl anthranilate,phytol,etc.The characterisics of the aroma of Youzi Tea was also studiedand compared with those of Jasmine Tea and Bailan Tea.
