一株水产芽孢杆菌的鉴定及其培养基优化的研究

摘    要:对从水产养殖环境中筛选出一株菌MM01进行了鉴定和培养条件优化研究。结果显示:此菌MM01能有效的降低养殖水水体中的氨氮和亚硝酸盐含量,经生理生化实验及16S rDNA测序鉴定其为枯草芽孢杆菌。单因素和正交实验结果显示:枯草芽孢杆菌MM01最佳发酵培养基配方为,玉米淀粉18 g/L、玉米浆12 g/L、NH4Cl6 g/L、MnSO4.H2O 0.2 g/L、KH2PO43 g/L、CaCl20.2 g/L、MgSO4.7H2O 0.2 g/L。

Abstract:Our laboratory select a strain MM01 which was obtained from aquaculture environment.The results showed that the strain can degrade the ammonia nitrogen and nitrite in aquacultural water effectively,and it was identified to be Bacillus subtilis by analyzing 16SrDNA sequence.At last,the optimal medium components were determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment:maize starch 18 g/L,maize slurry 12 g/L,NH4Cl 6 g/L,MnSO4·H2O 0.2 g/L,KH2PO4 3 g/L,CaCl2 0.2 g/L,MgSO4·7H2O 0.2 g/L.
