木材阻燃的热动力学研究

摘    要:用TG-DTA热分析联用技术测定了未处理和经过阻燃处理的杉木的TG-DTA-T曲线,发现杉木在炭化阶段的分解失重变小,木炭产量相应增加。采用热动力方法处理TG曲线,获得了杉木热分解过程各阶段的热动力学参数,由此建立了相应的热动力学方程,发现经阻燃处理后杉木在干燥阶段的活化能变小,而炭化阶段和煅烧阶段的活化能则因阻燃 同而不同。

Abstract:TG-DTA-T curves of Chinese fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata)untreated and treatedwith flame-retardants were analyzed by the TG-DAT simultaneous method.ResuIts showedthat weight loss of the wood was reduced and char yield increased in charring phase. The TGcurves were further analyzed by thermokinetic method to obtain thermokinetic pararneters ofdifferent phases during wood pyrolysis,and to build a thermokinetic equation. It was foundthat activation energy in drying phase was reduced and the activation energy in both charringphase and calcining phase was different from different flame-retardants used.
