| 摘 要： | 本文以刨花板生产中的施胶过程为例，从软件、硬件两方面讨论了微机数字ＰＩＤ系统器的设计原理及应用。文中描述了系统硬件构成、控制规律和程序框图。作为直接数字控制系统（即ＤＤＣ系统），文中重点论述了实时控制程序的设计思想和实现数字ＰＩＤ调节算法的原理。
