苯甲酸对黄瓜幼苗生理特性的影响

采用不同浓度的苯甲酸对2种两叶一心期的黄瓜幼苗进行处理,研究其对黄瓜幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明,当浓度为0.5 mmol/L时,增加津杂2号幼苗叶片叶绿素含量;降低密刺王黄瓜幼苗叶片叶绿素含量;在0.25~1.00 mmol/L之间随浓度的升高,津杂2号和密刺王黄瓜幼苗叶片类葫萝卜素的含量、硝态氮含量、硝酸还原酶活性均不断降低,电解质外渗率均不断增加,津杂2号幼苗的变化趋势弱于密刺王黄瓜,这表明津杂2号较密刺王黄瓜耐一定程度的苯甲酸。

Effect of Different Concentration of Benzoic Acid on Physiological Characteristics of Cucumber Seedlings
