| 摘 要： | 本文用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术分析了取食对锥腹肖蛸（Ｔｅｔｒａｇｎａｔｈａｍａｘｉｌｌｏｓａ）雌蛛体内同工酶的影响。结果表明，与饥饿时相比．取食后的雌蛛头胸部的酯酶同工酶带数和乳酶脱氢酶同工酶带数明显增加，腹部的过氧化物酶同工酶带数增加二条。

| Abstract: | This paper studied the effects of feeding on isozymes in Tetragnatha maxillosa with poly acry-lamide gel electrophoresis.The result,showed that the feeded females have obvious increase of esterase and lactatedshydrogenase isozyme bands in the residual prosomas and two poroxidase isozyme bands in the opisthomas in com-parison with the starved females. |
